I'm currently doing a part time job on a mat cover. the company have now said that they only want the job to be done full time, and the lady who's maternity I'm covering and I have suggested we do it as a job share.
They have asked us to submit a proposal for consideration by management.
The job involves giving advice to a defined client group. A lot of the time the issues can be resolved there and then but many issues go on for a few weeks, and may develop.
Can anyone who job shares, or has job shared, let me know if it worked or if it was difficult and what things in particular made it work well?
I guess what I'm asking is, does job sharing really work?
