Hi, my 2 year contract will expire 8 weeks after my EDD, I'm not sure what will happen in terms of SMP. Am I still eligible even though I will technically be unemployed around 8 weeks after birth? I can't ask my employer yet as it's still early on in the pregnancy, I just wanted to get an idea of my financial situation. The Govt website doesn't really have the info I need on it. Thanks!
