So, I've been fired. I'd be unhappy if my boss wasn't such a twat.

He had another go at me this afternoon. I came home spitting feathers and about ready to tell him exactly what I think of him. However I would really like to make a dignified exit at the end of this week.

Has anyone got any links to employment websites that state exactly what constitutes unreasonable behaviour in an employer? Preferably downloadable in pdf format that I can print off and leave in my/his desk drawer on my last day.

Also, tips on keeping my temper. I'm usually a pretty easygoing person and it takes a LOT to make me lose it, but he is seriously pushing my buttons and I'm ready to put the bullying little napoleon in his place.

Do you mean he's given you notice? I'm in the same boat. Also a twat. Sympathies!

Perfectly possible for someone who has been fired to have a dignified exit- nothing confusing about that.

Although I don't think printing off lists of unreasonable behaviour to leave in boss's desk will achieve the desired dignity.
