Sorry if this has been posted before, I don't often get time to visit much of MN other than SN!
This website was started by two women after realising that many mothers are highly qualified and experienced but struggle to find flexible jobs that utilise their skills.
The site launched in May 2006 and now has hundreds of vacancies in North and West London. Mothers looking for work post their CV on the site for free and apply for jobs that fit their skills and family commitments. Employers can also advertise one-off projects.
I wouldn't be surprised if this is successful if there isn't already a wider spread version.
