I'm currently 17 weeks pregnant and been told due to a restructure my role does not exist anymore and I am at risk of redundancy. A bit of background is that my new boss does not like me, originally tried to manage me out but when I told her I was pregnant she changed her tack and has restructured me out instead. Therefore I do want out, and am considering voluntary redundancy as I don't believe I can cope with the stress. I've been at company 10 years and will get 1.5 weeks per year. If I were to get another job internally I would be offered 18 weeks full pay as part of enhanced mat leave pay plus smp. Do you think it is worth me negotiating my redundancy plus the enhanced mat pay - I think the very large company I work for are on dodgy ground making me redundant while pregnant (I'm only one of two people who are being made redundant). I'm so exhausted from dealing with original bullying from boss but my husband thinks I should try for as much month as possible - what do you think? Do you think I have any chance????
