Effort when leaving role

This is more a gripe or if anyone else has this too...

worked for past 4 years in Legal PA/Sec role, am ok here but underpaid and not overly happy (was bullied, sorted out).

I want to leave but I'm based in SW London (almost near Kingston on Thames) and any agencies tend to be city/west end based. So I Have to leave work early, take annual leave etc.

Someone either tell me to get off my backside and do this if I want a new job. It just seemed so much easier when I was based City/West End as really easy to see agencies then. sigh

Also another point - maybe it's me - in a previous role (not happy) I got a bad appraisal and was hated by 2 other PAs (a woman I worked with said they were horrible and 1 of the PAs was known as the company Bitch) - I'm now nervous - what with that and my bullying, what if this happens again?
