Leaving term time work -salary query

I'm leaving a term time job where my salary is spread over the year so I get paid every month. I have resigned and was wondering how I can work out if my company owe me extra as I'm leaving before the summer holidays? The HR dept are useless so I would prefer to go to them with the calculations. Help!

We have a excell calculator that works it out. its really not complicated and hr should do it as a matter of course. When is your leaving date? If you leave before the holidays start then yes, they must owe you something

When did you start working there? If you started in September (of any year) and assuming you are leaving at the end of the summer term, you will have worked X full years and will be entitled to receive full salary until the end of August.
