I have a job interview next week and I'm struggling with how I will demonstrate I can do the job advertised with my work pattern (I'm confident is doable based on speaking with colleagues currently doing this role). The job is advertised as FT and I asked if I would still be considered for it as I'm PT and the answer was yes, but how would you demonstrate that you can manage the role PT? It's office based; IT, project driven work with some team leader duties.
So other than saying I will plan carefully and manage my time well and prioritise etc. how can I show I can do it on PT hours? I'm struggling with this... Any suggestions?
