Hi, I posted yesterday regarding annualised hours and I have one more question...
Basically, the job is within NHS, its 21hrs a week and I am trying to work out what the hours would increase to if they were annualised. With help I came up with 28hrs per week (21hrs x 13wks =273 /39), now I'm not sure if annual leave that I would be entitled to if I worked 52 weeks still counts? So, if I have 5 weeks annual leave per year, is this taken off the 13 weeks so would then be 21hrs x 8wks =168? This would then work out as about 25hrs per week??? Am I making any kind of sense? Anyone any clue how this works??
I've tried ringing HR but they haven't got back to me.
Please help me, my brain hurts.

You need your internal HR to explain how holiday is calculated for annualised hours workers at your workplace, however the most sensible and usual thing to do is to express holiday in terms of hours rather than weeks.
