Its my first day back at work!!

Just wanted to thank all of those who helped me decide to go back to work - first day going ok so far! Have only rung the childminder once (quite impressed with my willpower)and ds is having a marvellous time apparently! Its lovely to have MN as it feels normal, iykwim! Well, best do some work...

Are you working part time Bouj? I suppose you must be if your first day back is a Thursday.

Yes, I'm doing every Thursday and Friday and every second Wednesday (which DH is 'working from home' suppposedly). Day 2 is not going so swimmingly - the childminder (who comes to our house) didn't show up until 9.10!! DH was far from happy as he wanted to leave at 8.15..... Oh well, live and learn I guess

Bouj - great to hear things are working out for you. Hope you soon get the childminder licked into shape, and that everyone is happy.

New job and logged on to MN already....Go Girl!

Ha Ha!! Is actually my old job, so they know me... Have already been to the pub for Friday lunch! Am very pleased I decided to choose Friday as a work day....
