I'm currently working for the NHS as a Nurse and not really enjoying the "strict routine" so to say. I quite like the idea of doing some agency work- being able to pick what days I want to work, when I can take my holidays- and of course, make more money.
Is there any medics around that do agency work- I would love to hear your views on just how flexible it really is, how consistent it is and whether or not the "£35 an hour" salaries you hear about are realistic.
I'm in SW London btw- so that may have a reflection on the work I can get and obviously reflects on salary.
