Hi
My son started work last year, after years of trying to find permanent job.
Well the company he works for is only a very small concern about 15 people.
He gets 20 days holiday and has to also work Bank Holidays. No extra money.
I know things have changed a lot with regards Bank Holidays etc, but does anybody know if the above is legal and correct.
He will not ask for fear of loosing his job!
