maternity leaves close together

hi all thinkin of going for baby number 4 got mat allowance for last pregnancy son born 30/12/05 started back in july although mat pay ended in april im still with the same company but im now earning more how much of a gap do i need to leave between maternity leaves to qualify for mat pay any ideas?

yep no gap needed as long as you return to work for 1 day you are entitled to the same all over again. so best get busy then

echo the point - we had a lady last year come back off maternity leave nearly 6 months pregnant - she did one month and went back on mat leave with excactly the same benefits she had before
