Hi, I am asking for a friend I work with. Recently our company has changed the way in which our commission is payable. Before what ever sales we done over our target we get paid commission for which was good, but they have now changed it to if we don't sell a certain product then our commission we earned would be halved. The problem comes with selling this product though as it can only be sold at a evening brief and as my friend is on medication she either has to loose half her commission or not take medication that night as it makes her to tired to drive. Does she just have to loose half if commission every month or is the company being unfair? Thank you for reading.
