I'm currently working full time as a manager in education. I've been wanting to go part-time for ages (disabled child, lots of responsibilities that mean my work-life balance needs to change).
Just seen an ad for my exact role, on a 2 day a week job share (sharer would do 3 days and is currently employed by the college). It seems perfect on paper - keep my CV and career on track, but go down to part time for a few years - but having worries about whether it is doable.
Anyone else job share this type of role? How has it worked out for you?
