Hello!
I have this idea and was wondering if it could work / if there are any potential obstacles.
I have been job advert watching for a few months. Recently I have started finding adverts for some really lovely part-time or job-share roles. Mostly they don't suit my skill set, but they look great (there was a great BBC job that I wish I had the skills for!). I'm not sure if my job researching is getting better or there are just more of these coming up.
The problem is that they are scattered all over the place. Some are on the popular job search sites, some are on companies' own recruitment pages.
I would love to be able to share these adverts in one place, for free. For example in a wordpress site, nothing fancy, perhaps just some kind of regional filter.
I think if mums returning to work could see this kind of list, it would be really encouraging.
The problem with some agencies that claim to focus on parent-friendly jobs is that they are either hyper-regional (i.e. in London) or sometimes too senior exec focussed. The bigger search engines - well you ahve to sift through a lot of work-from-home-opportunity! type adds to find something.
So should I do it? Would there be any legal issues with posting a link to a company's recruitment ad on a wordpress site?
