I'm filling in a job application form and I'm really stuck on what to put where they ask why have you applied for this job?

This job is for the same type of work as I'm doing now (care assistant) but better paid/ conditions etc. I just don't know what to say with out it sounding that I'm putting down where I work now.
The reason I want to leave is I'm sick of lack of management support, standards have been slipping and no-one will admit to it. They keep finding scape goats. The back-biting and bitchiness of some of the other staff. Whereas I used to love going to work there, now I get a sick feeling in the pit of my stomach as I drive to work, but I can't really put that down, can I..Ha
I would really welcome any suggestions,
TIA

Am ready for a refreshing change and feel I have gained the skills and experience at my present job that would enable me to make a difference in new job by sharing my experience and am ready to hopefully learn more in new environment.
(don't write this...but it is well known that in the care field it is good to change every year or two to keep from getting bogged down and depressed and embroiled in staff dynamics if they are not good....) If you can find words around this....you will be fine!)
