Transferable skills - basic skills tutor

For the last eight years I have worked as a basic skills tutor in a variety of settings,. I love my work, working on so many diffferent projects etc. and engaging with adults who really enjoy learning but lack confidence.
However the pay is erratic, most of my work is sessional and I am now in a position where I need a regular income that is higher than my 12,000 p/a approx . I work p/t but actually do a lot more hours than I am paid for ( prep, admin... )Full time is not really an option as my work is made up of working for several employers and the travel time eats into the hours I can work. My qualifications in adult learning are equivalent to HND level , I also have 120 point from an Open University course .
. I am happy to retrain but not sure where to start ! Any advice on any possible sideways moves welcome.
