To cut a very long story short im due back of maternity leave on Tuesdays but since august my babies have 8 hospital admissions. They have complex health issues which have affected me greatly. I am taking anti depressents and waiting for a referral to a counsellor. The question I have do I have to return to work at all to be entitled to sick pay? I was going to do one and a half days then phone in sick? But ive just spoken to a colleague and they have me covering classes 9-5 on my day of return and I am having panic attacks thinking about it.
