Mediation

I have raised an issue with a past employer and it has been approved for mediation - I have a date and confirmation of this.

Can anyone advise what will happen in mediation?

ACAS will read both sides of the story and either decide there is no case or there is a case. If there is a case, they will invite the employer to settle with you or you can decide to go forward via industrial tribunal.
