I'm hoping to return to teaching (would like to do 0.6-0.8fte ideally but it depends on what comes up) but I've noticed that quite a few jobs now state that the pay is MPS 2 - 3. I am at MPS6 so would I be expected to take a pay cut? Would I even be able to apply?
Any info would be great!
