If you stayed home for a few years with your LO, and retrained or changed career, what kind of role did you move to and why are you glad you did? I am currently searching for inspiration on a new career path. Background is IT and I am looking to retrain. Not entirely sure if I would stay around the IT industry or do something radically different. I am interested in other mum's ideas and experiences. TIA!
