Any Neal's Yard consultants around?

I'm currently a sahm living in USA. I'm looking for work that I can fit in around my dcs school hours and came across Neal's Yard. Does anyone currently do this either in the USA or uk? I've found someone local to me who can answer some questions next week (guess she would be my team leader) but I need as much information as possible before I make a decision.
