the law on age discrimination which comes in october 1st...

in future employers will be advised not to have any information on their application forms which could identify the age of the applicant...so no dates of any kind or length of time in various employment..

also all training must be available equally to employees ie not just recent graduates

this suits me..what do you think?

if they want people to carry on working till 65+, this is a MUST.
