Hi I'm filling in an application form for a job in a Travel Agents, for a part time job.

Its something I've always wanted to do.

Has anyone got any ideas to include on my application form to give me an edge?

I'd certainly add that it's something you've always wanted to do - that in itself has got to give you an edge.
