telephone interview what to expect?

..I have a phone interview booked in has anyone had one..

the application process is phone interview, then a branch interview and then an assessment centre

I think it's a behavioural based one.. I'm really struggling to think of team leadership examples as I don't have a team!

My DH found out after getting a job, that if you sit in silence whilst the interviewer speaks, that is a bad thing - you should apparently mm-hmm and yes your way through!
