Pre employment checks.

I have an interview tomorrow to work at a retail site in a large international airport, the site is situated before the passenger security checks ect, does anyone know what pre employment checks are likely to be needed should the interview be successful. None where mentioned in the advertisement for the position.

I don't have any criminal convictions, but my credit rating is shocking (whole other thread debts from putting my self through Uni). I don't want to get my hopes up and then fall at this hurdle, so want to be prepared.

Bump - anyone?

I would think that if anything particular is required this would be stated in the advert it at the very least on the application.

They don't want to waste time interviewing ineligible candidates.

I know it's different, but DBS requirements are always stated on the advert.

As long as you don't have any CCJs then a poor credit rating shouldn't be an issue
