Writing from home- CVs etc?

Hi all

Just looking for some advice.

About to go on maternity leave and would ideally like some part time work using my writing skills from home- writing CVs or letters or web content etc but open to anything.

I have some experience in this area- albeit office based- and an English degree.

Any ideas or where to look?

TIA

You could do what I did and go to one of the freelancing sites - copify, pph or elance. it is a good way to work a little bit around the kids and build up your skills.

Just set up a really good profile and try to post some examples of your writing. Also find a niche - something you are really good at and pitch for work in that sector.

But don't do what I did long term and still be using these sites years later and working for a pittance...
