Returning to work (NHS) after maternity leave

I work in the NHS, and I'm due to return to work from maternity leave in October. However, there is a job I am hoping to apply for, meaning I will return to work earlier than anticipated. This job is still in the NHS but within a different Trust. Now, I think I remember reading that so long as I return to the NHS, regardless of which Trust, I won't have to pay back my maternity pay. But I can't find my policy anywhere to double check. Does anyone know for sure please? Thanks in advance.

I'm in Scotland. I resigned from one post during maternity leave and started another post straight away (ended leave early). I was told that it is an NHS Scotland maternity policy so as long as it's continuous service you don't have to pay back the enhanced mat pay.
