Considering number 2 but worried about cover for self employed work

Since having my now 3 year old, I have taken on a few bookkeeping clients (1 of which is very new), and now work about 2.5-3 days a week. I didn't think I'd plan a second baby, but I find myself thinking increasingly about it. What I'm most concerned about is how to keep my clients and cover the work. Has anyone else done this / got any opinions? I've always been a work to live sort of person, but I've got a bit of a good thing going that I don't want to loose!

I'm pregnant with no. 2 and will be just doing KIT days on mat leave. Bit different though as I work evening (tutoring) and make very little money.

'in the evenings,' that should say.
