The situation is that I have an interview (!) for a full time position which looks great, 9-5, teaching me new skills, making use if existing ones. It is for the NHS and within the same organisation just diff dept IYSWIM
It is next Tuesday but I am due on nightshift Monday night and again on Tuesday night, finishing 8am. Interview is 11.30am.
I am going in tonight to ask if I can slide the monday shift back to a late shift, so same no if hours but finishing 1am.
Is there any legislation to help me? Or will I have to rely on their goodwill? (Ha,ha)
