I was made redundant in October. We were mid way through a busy project so temps see brought in on different job titles to mine as project managers to finish the project.
The project finished after I was made redundant and left.
Now one of the temps has been given my old job title and I presume is on a fixed term contract.
Is this legal? I presume they have found a way round it if it is, ie I worked on Maths products and I presume she is working on literacy products. Still the same job though.
