Just a general post. From speaking with friends and family there seem to have been a massive increase in bullying or nasty behaviour in offices. This can range from nasty performance reviews to constructive dismissal cases. And doesn't have to be sex/race targeted either.
It doesn't help there are little/no guidelines apart from some books in how to deal with this.
Does anyone think (have MNHQ done this?) about a blog on bullying in the workplace or something to draw attention to it would be good here?
It must be a lack of good managers.
Any ideas/thoughts?
