How do I word this?

I am going to register as a candidate with an agency. I haven't worked for 7 years. I feel that they might try to get me to fill temp jobs outside the area where I live and I am not willing to do that. I am willing to temp on a part-time basis locally and during school hours, but if it means driving or having to arrange for childcare, it simply wouldn't be worth my while. Now how to I make this point very clear without looking disinterested or lazy or like I think a lot of myself?

Just tell them better to be honest at registration
