How to go about selling a Franchise?

Does anyone know of any companies that specialise in selling franchises?

Companies I am not sure of but be very careful. Franchises are full of legalities and restrictions. Years ago I knew a guy who inherited quite a bit of money and a financial advisor told him the best franchise to get involved with was anything to do with food - specifically coffee, cakes etc. Good luck.

The British Franchise Association may be a good place to start.
