First thing I'd do us get a good spell checker...

Thanks for the suggestion !!! But can you suggest something more than how to go about bulding a website and how to start the business at the first step .I am really struggling to get a good footing in jobs due to lack to Uk work exp and since I am Cipd qualified I think this is the first step

Ah the irony Jilted.

I've never heard of an agency recruiting "moms" I always thought that I was better at that job than a stranger. DS agrees.

You do realize that this is a British site OP?

Quinteszilla · 23/01/2014 12:48

You think the first step, due to lack of experience in the UK job market is to start a recruitment agency?

Would it not rather be the other way around?

Quinteszilla · 23/01/2014 12:51

There are actually a few recruitment agencies that specialize in part time work, freelance work, and women returning to work. Google, and you may find some ideas, or perhaps even find a job.

Well. Yes. I can't see that a recruitment agency run by someone without experience in the UK job market is going to be a goer tbh, especially if it's reducing its candidate base so significantly.

I would suggest getting experience in the UK first, ideally with a recruitment agency, and then in a few years considering whether you want to start your own business in that line.

Look at ten2two and timewisefor ideas and you may be able to do some temp work with them - ten2two is largely SE focussed so if you are elsewhere then it might not be competitive.

@Wally Banters yes I do realize that its a british website :).. Thats the reason I was asking this question to people who are working here .
@Quinteszilla ,Flowey and The doctrineof 2014 ... Thanks its sounds wise enough to get experience first and then open some agency .lets see how this one goes for me .Ofcourse if you dont know anything aboutthe UK job market you business Idea might fail at the first go itself
