Dp has had two weeks holiday from work, they are now arseing about not paying him his holiday pay...

Is there any way to force it being paid or should he just keep badgering away at them for it?

When does the holiday year start & end?

What holiday entitlement has he accrued so far this holiday year.

The company I work for the holiday year starts January-Jsnuary for some & Easter - Easter for others.

Someone has booked holiday for this month but it will be unpaid asvrheu don't have any entitlement left
