How do you get out the door in the mornings for work!

So I am due back work in 6 weeks :( ds will be 7 months when I go back, what is worrying me at the minute is that ds wakes around 7.30-8.00 I give him his bottle and he will then go back to sleep to 9.30/10.00 (although finding more and more now he's skipping this nap)
I will need to leave for work at 8.30am - it takes me around 40mins to get myself, but with ds not having first feed till 8.00am I'm gonna struggle!
Should I wake him up earlier say 7.00ish?
By the time he's 7mths will he have dropped that morning nap anyway?
Also I do t give him breakfast till 10ish at min, should I now be doing this earlier as in first thing?
Sorry for all the q's!

I can't tell you what your baby will do, because only he knows that :)

But I would wake him up at a time that suits you. The earlier wakeup will inevitably change his current routine. And you'll find as he gets older that he changes his routine again.

What childcare arrangements do you have? Can he have breakfast there? Will save you a job, especially in the early days when you're sorting yourself out.

Luckily my dm is having ds for me :)
I think I will have to start waking him earlier starting very soon. Does this mean putting him to bed earlier?
Yes I think to start with it might help with him having breakfast at dm's (just didn't want to throw to much at her)
