Hi, I'm applying for a job on promotion within the Civil Service which is competency based. I know I have the relevant skills and experience but want to make sure I get through the sift stage. Can anyone advice (especially if they have sat and conducted sifts) on any pointers that will really make my application stand out as I have been out of the process for a while but I'm ready to go for it now.
