If that is your situation, we might be able to help each other.

I am a long standing mumsnetter but have name changed for this.

I have 3 DC and my youngest is 8 months old. I have gone back to work but have decided a while ago that what I would really like to do and what I would get enormous fulfilment from is helping working parents find their way to a better career and more balanced life with children.

So I have decided to re-train as a career coach and am starting this friday. . I now need coachee's to put my newly acquired skills to good use with.

So if any of you feel like you are struggling to find a balance with work post DC and feel like you need to make a change but aren't sure how, then perhaps we can help each other.

The deal would be that we have a regular call during a period of 3 months or so where we work through what is important to you in your life and career, what motivates you and makes you happy and then build an action plan to get you to a situation that works for you.

If this would be of interest to you, please PM me.
