On ML now-how much notice do i have to give if going back to work?

Hi,
Just that really, I am going to have to go back to work, and am going to request flexible working.
Can anyone please confirm how much notice I have to give them please.

the government website says you should give 8 weeks notice for return to work. You will have to ask your employer how to go about requesting flexible working as you will probably have to fill in some sort of application form for that.
