Brush up on skills for interview???

I've got an interview next week, and they've said there will be a 30min test aaahhh!!

Had DD just 7 months ago, and this is 2nd interview since then. I currently volunteer one day a week for a women's charity.

Question is:

What's the quickest way for me to brush up on excel and word skills? I'd be using these previously and haven't used it since November 2012.

Very nervous, and REALLY need this job. Please help :)
