  1. The Manager who has favourites
  2. The manager who doesn't communicate, except to the favourites
  3. The whispering and back biting
  4. The bullying
  5. The patronising attitude of a lot of the senior staff
  6. inability of senior staff to manage a piss up in a brewery
  7. The disorganisation
  8. constantly being checked on when there's absolutely no need because we are adults not 3 year olds

Ok that's 8, I'll be able to come up with more soon...oh and apart from all the above, it's great Wink

I'm just wondering which of my colleagues you are! Sounds very much like my workplace these days!

KittyLane1 · 22/12/2013 18:10

Same, are you in retail?

CaptainSweatPants · 22/12/2013 18:12

Yep agree with all those points

ninah · 22/12/2013 18:13

teacher?

holidaysarenice · 22/12/2013 18:18

Nhs!!

Skogkat · 22/12/2013 18:23

I am absolutely fed up of being told that my MH issues don't matter (regardless of doctor's note!) by colleagues.

Also, (and this is very important) we have chai tea shit in the communal space thing. And nothing else. Only the manager likes it. Everyone else likes normal, ordinary tea. The manager refuses to let anyone bring in anything else but doesn't change it either.

applecrumbleandcream · 23/12/2013 22:06

Do you work for a Local Authority as it sounds scarily like mine ? Sad

EBearhug · 24/12/2013 08:31

It's a bit depressing, how many of us seem to think, that's us! There is so much bad management around.

Sorry I forgot to look back at this thread I started then it got busy over Christmas. The comments of IT? and NHS? made me chuckle.....
