Good app for recording interviews?

Can anyone recommend an app for recording interviews, both face to face and over the phone? (don't mind if it's two different apps to do the two different jobs)

iTalk is very good. There's a free version and a paid version. I think I have the free version - but the sound quality is really good. (Market researcher here, so always need sound recordings)

I've used Amolto call recorder for recording Skype phonecalls if that's any use.
