How to work out annual leave entitlement. Can anyone help?

I'm leaving part way through a year. My entitlement from 01.04.13 to 31.03.14 is 25 days plus bank holidays.

...so from 01.04.13 to 24.01.14 what would my leave entitlement have been?

By the time I leave in Jan I will have taken 23 days off plus BH

Have had all bank holidays off for the whole year (I think there are 8) - or I will have done by the time I leave.

Boss seems a bit clueless. First she told me I would owe them 3 days, now she is saying I don't owe any at all.

Can anyone help?

Very roughly, you're entitled to 2 days annual leave per month. If you've taken 23 days and leave with 2 months of the year still to go, you owe them 2 days.
