I am going back to work in january for nhs job. I will be returning part time. My dh employment is currently not that safe so he has been looking for alternatives. He has possibly found a new job 150 miles from where we live. Obviously this would mean a move. If this happened long term my plan would be to get another job with the nhs but this may not happen straight away.
So my question is I know I need to work for three months to avoid paying back occupational mat leave but is my accrued annual leave included in the three months?
