What's your job? Are you looking to earn more in the future?

I think it's always good to have experience of differnent work places, but some schools are lovelier than others.

I think stay if you are happy. I left somewhere that I was very happy indeed (we were told our office was relocating) and I regretted leaving every single day. In that job I had been there for 6 years, in the job before that it had been 8 years.

Stay while it's working and you're happy.

Lots of unhappy/toxic work environments out there and you won't know if new job is one until you're there!

I'd stay if you are happy and enjoy the job. I've been with the same company for 15 years, variety of roles and promotions, it is flexible around the boys and close to home which I wouldn't be guaranteed to get somewhere else.

It depends why you want to broaden your experience - is it to get promotion or a better job in the longer term? If so then, even in this economy, you might want to move and see what you can get. You might not like it though.

If you are happy and you don't really have a long term career plan in mind it might be better to stay where you are. You do sound a little bit bored though.
