1&1 Website help - RUBBISH COMPANY HELP!

I signed up for a free trial with 1&1 to create a website. I had to put in my paypal details to pay in order to try the free trial which i thought was a bit funny but did so anyways as i knew i could cancel. I then tried the free trial and didn't like it as this will be my first website and it was a bit to complicated for me to start off with. So i cancel my account in which it then told me to call a number to confirm the cancellation. I left it until the next day as the line was closed due to being in the evening. I then tried to sign back into my account the next day for the details and i would not let me sign in. So i then looked through my emails for the 1&1 details such as my account no. to check i was signing in right and they ALL have gone! I certainly haven't deleted them! So i can't sign into my account, have no information about my account. I checked my domain website which i've checked before was working and it now says my website has been deleted. I've had paypal payments come out of my bank which i have no authorized nearly 3 times a day! I called my bank to cancel these transaction. Go onto my paypal and theres no record of any of them! Could this be for the 1&1 account? If so I signed up to pay £11 a month. So far in the past week they have had over £50!!!

I've contacted paypal see if they could resolve it and they are getting back to me within 48 hours!

Any help or advice would be much appreciated! Anyone else had any problems with 1&1?

That certainly sounds very suspect. I suggest as an immediate action that you uncouple your bank account and PayPal account so that any further transactions cannot be made.
What do the PayPal transactions show up as on your bank statement?
Any phone conversations you have with your bank, PayPal and 1&1 you should summarise what has been said and put in an email to them so there is an irrefutable paper trail of what is going on.
Have you given your bank details or other payment method to any other companies, used your card in an ATM or done anything else that could have compromise your account recently? Your bank's fraud team should be able to help you look in to this.

They did something very much like this to me -- I live in Paris and the French customer service for 1 & 1 is terrible. They made it so hard for me to close the account that I paid three months' worth of fees for nothing.

Since then I have discovered that this kind of behaviour is one of their favourite tricks.
