Hi Im about to take over a laundrette, (friend owned the building but couldn't be bothered running it)lucky for some lol and I was wondering how much would you be willing to pay for a service wash? And the machine loads? There is already a customer base but I don't want to be too expensive

You should be doing research in your locality because they will be the competition. If you can do further outside 'local' to gauge the going rate.
