Please can someone explain occupational sick pay when you're part time?

I assume if you are part time this is pro rata.

So for example: you're entitled to one months full sick pay, but you only work 22.5 hours a week spread over 5 days.

How much sick pay are you entitled to?
Am I right in thinking you're still entitled to a months pay - so 22.5 hours a week pay for 4 weeks?

Yes, if you're entitled to 'full sick pay' you are entitled to the same amount of pay as you would contractually receive in the period.

So someone on 2 days per week, 4 hours per day, would get 8 hours pay per week sick pay.
